Can I provide remote online notary services outside my state or the U.S.?

Each State governs how their licensed RON’s may provide remote online notary services. Generally, RONs may perform a remote online notarization for a singer (constituent/customer) located outside of the State (and country borders) as long as the notary is physically located within the state boundaries they are commissioned in. 

**Take note, that while the signer can be located outside of the country, they must be a U.S. citizen with valid photo ID to receive the RON service through Notary Hub.
